riporto un intervento via email di Ivory:
during the outage of yesterday, hundreds of reservation (I estimate nearly 800) where not notified by Booking.com.
After that we have forced a fetch to retrieve missing reservation. We should have been able to retrieve the majority of them, but some cases can still be missing.
We can manage them only through customers notifying the missing reservation ID.
So please, collect your cases and notify to us. We will force the fetch for them.
