Problema di Accesso a Zak causa disservizio Telecom Italia [RISOLTO] - luther - 12-06-2016
Vi segnaliamo un malfunzionamento di Telecom Italia legato ad alcuni domini e provider che impedisce ad alcuni clienti WuBook l'accesso a Zak. I nostri tecnici sono già in contatto con il reparto tecnico di Telecom pertanto speriamo che il problema si risolva entro breve, brevissimo, tempo.

ABBIAMO QUESTO PROBLEMA PER ENTRARE IN ZAK E TELECOMN HA RIFERITO CHE IL PROBLEMA NON E' LORO.
Impossibile contattare il server
Firefox non riesce a contattare il server zak.wubook.net.
Verificare se l’indirizzo contiene errori di battitura del tipo ww.example.com invece di www.example.com
Se non è possibile caricare alcuna pagina, controllare la connessione di rete del computer.
Se il computer o la rete sono protetti da un firewall o un proxy, assicurarsi che Firefox abbia i permessi per accedere al web.

The issue is resolved for all but Telecom Italia customers.
To mitigate a dDOS on their servers, they deliberately configured a
lying DNS service which prevents access to all gandi.net services and
gandi.net hosted domain names.
This can be seen by querying one of their broken nameservers for
*.gandi.net and looking at the AA (authoritative answer) flag, the fake
SOA entry, and the associated resource A record 127.0.0.1
We're currently trying to reach out to them to fix this but have had no
success so far.
If you are a Telecom Italia customer impacted by this issue, we
recommend using an alternative DNS provider such as: https://www.openni
cproject.org/

Un aggiornamento da parte del provider DNS (gandi.net) Dalla Telecom purtroppo non abbiamo ancora una risposta
In sintesi ci sono stati problemi di comunicazione dovuti ad un blocco troppo generico da parte di Telecom Italia sui domini del provider (gandi.net) al quale ci appoggiamo. Uno dei piu' famosi d'Europa.
We have been able to reach Telecom Italia. They said they have now removed the blackhole for *.gandi.net at a DNS level. So Gandi's services from Telecom Italia should work from now on. However we still see some lying DNS resolvers in their network. Maybe it will require more time to come back to normal.
Some customers have seen the problem from other italian operators and networks related to Telecom Italia. We are currently working on it to see if it is related.
