A questo proposito vi diamo 5 regole per gestire i reclami in albergo nel migliore dei modi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:37px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Gestire i reclami in albergo: 5 regole<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Per gestire il momento critico di un reclamo \u00e8 bene mettere in pratica alcune azioni di comportamento. Per noi <strong>ci sono 5 regole fondamentali che corrispondono a 5 comportamenti da seguire:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ascoltare i clienti&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Empatizzare con il cliente&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scusarsi&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Risolvere il problema<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valutare cosa \u00e8 andato male<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ASCOLTARE I CLIENTI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>La regola numero 1 \u00e8 senza dubbio quella di ascoltare cosa ha da dire il cliente. <\/strong>Lascialo parlare e sfogarsi. Non cercare di interromperlo. \u00c8 suo diritto dire la propria opinione. Inoltre se non lo lasci parlare non potrai capire dove sta il problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EMPATIZZARE CON IL CLIENTE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Chi fa un lavoro a contatto con il pubblico deve <strong>trasmettere empatia<\/strong>. Se un cliente \u00e8 alterato bisogna mettersi nei suoi panni e capire cosa l\u2019ha innervosito. Noi stessi potremmo reagire allo stesso modo in una situazione simile. Frasi come \u201cLa capisco. Sarei arrabbiato anch\u2019io\u201d pu\u00f2 aiutare a trasmettere solidariet\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SCUSARSI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">A volte bastano delle sincere scuse a tranquillizzare una persona arrabbiata. \u00c8 il primo passo verso la pacificazione. <strong>Evita quindi di minimizzare il problema. <\/strong>Non \u00e8 corretto e pu\u00f2 risultare fastidioso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RISOLVERE IL PROBLEMA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u00c8 giunto il momento di capire come risolvere il problema. In base alla gravit\u00e0 dovrai capire cosa puoi fare a riguardo. Se la questione \u00e8 irrisolvibile e ha compromesso la vacanza del tuo cliente, \u00e8 bene valutare di offrire un giorno in pi\u00f9 di soggiorno, una cena, un trattamento gratuito o un\u2019esperienza presso qualche partner convenzionato. Se invece sei ancora in tempo per risolvere la mancanza, riferisci la tua intenzione a sistemare il tutto il prima possibile. <strong>Chiedi al tuo cliente cosa puoi fare per lui a riguardo. Il sentirsi considerato in questa fase rappresenta un \u201cpunto positivo\u201d per la tua struttura.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>VALUTARE COSA SIA ANDATO MALE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Una volta che il problema \u00e8 rientrato arriva il momento di analizzare perch\u00e9 \u00e8 accaduto e cosa si pu\u00f2 fare perch\u00e9 certe situazioni non si verifichino pi\u00f9. <strong>Rientra nei compiti di un bravo hotel manager quello di anticipare gli imprevisti <\/strong>e migliorare i servizi della propria della gestione degli ospiti di una struttura ricettiva. \u00c8 quindi la figura che si interfaccia con i clienti e che si trova a gestire i reclami in albergo.<strong> Un buon manager del turismo deve quindi avere molte qualit\u00e0 e competenze, prima tra tutte la capacit\u00e0 di saper trasformare un reclamo in un\u2019opportunit\u00e0.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potr\u00e0 sembrare una banalit\u00e0, ma in realt\u00e0 \u00e8 una qualit\u00e0 fondamentale. I reclami non mancano mai, neppure nelle strutture pi\u00f9 prestigiose. Ogni ospite ha aspettative diverse e quindi pu\u00f2 lamentarsi per motivi differenti. Saperle gestire e trasformarle in occasioni di crescita \u00e8 la chiave di volta del problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:6px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Come farlo?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Per prima cosa bisogna <strong>mettersi nell\u2019approccio mentale giusto<\/strong>. Evita di prendere ogni lamentela sul piano personale. In genere, la gente non si lamenta e se lo fa probabilmente \u00e8 perch\u00e9 esiste un difetto in un tuo servizio: cogli l\u2019occasione al volo per capire dove sta l\u2019errore e prova a risolverlo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non dimenticare anche di <strong>usare il giusto tono<\/strong>. Che si tratti di una lamentela scritta o fatta a voce, bisogna rispondere sempre con un tono tranquillo e aperto al confronto. A suo dire la camera non \u00e8 come in foto e quindi \u00e8 stato ingannato. Possiamo spiegargli con gentilezza che per il prezzo pagato la stanza \u00e8 corretta e che se vuole un\u2019altra camera pu\u00f2 averla con un piccolo sovrapprezzo (up selling).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In caso il cliente non sia soddisfatto della proposta, gli si pu\u00f2 concedere gratuitamente la stanza richiesta facendogli, per\u00f2, notare (sempre con il giusto tono) che si sta facendo un&#8217;eccezione per lui e solo in quella particolare circostanza. L\u2019hotel non \u00e8 tenuto al cambio ma vuole che il proprio ospite sia felice. In questo frangente si pu\u00f2 cogliere l\u2019occasione per proporre un servizio aggiuntivo come un accesso alla spa (cross selling).<\/p>\n\n\n\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"section\"
